As Senior Director, Marketing Analytics at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will lead the Marketing Analytics function, defining the vision, strategy, and operating model that enables data-driven decision-making across the Marketing organisation. Reporting into senior leadership, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner, shaping commercial strategy through insight, influencing executive decision‑making, and ensuring analytics remains a competitive advantage for the business.

You will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering meaningful business insights, developing compelling executive narratives, and enabling marketing investment decisions across Acquisition and the broader Marketing organisation. Working closely with executive stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering, you will align analytics priorities with company objectives and ensure the organisation is equipped to make faster, better‑informed decisions.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional commercial acumen with deep analytical expertise, a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, and the ability to influence at the executive level. They are equally comfortable defining long-term strategy, coaching leaders, and communicating complex ideas through clear, compelling business narratives.
