Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Lighting & Audio Visual Production Manager to oversee the production process of our lighting and audio visual live events. This full-time, on-site position is based in New York, NY. The Production Manager will manage production staff, ensure safety and quality standards, oversee budgets, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver successful events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Technical Theatre, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in production management with a focus on lighting and audio visual for live events
• Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computer-aided design and lighting software
• Experience with rigging, electrical, and audio visual systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for live events
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
