Salary: $20.079/hour
Overall Responsibilities:The Front Desk Attendance primarily serves as the service's first point of contact, welcoming individuals and ensuring the well-being of residents. It is essential to maintain building and external engagement processes to support the wellbeing of residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The essential duties of Front Desk Attendance include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Monitors and secures transmissions to the building, including documenting building entrances/exits and other relevant events
- Answers and directs telephone calls
- Receives mail and other deliveries
- Assists in documentation and responses to fire-related and other alerts
- Communicates regularly with clinical and on-call staff regarding resident, and building issues
- Provides facility coverage in instances of absence
- Assists with demolition monitoring
- Other duties as assigned by Program Director and Front Desk Supervisor
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis preferred
