Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion
- Manage production timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications across multiple overlapping or simultaneous projects
- Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, collaborating closely with internal design, fabrication, and tech teams
- Own all production workflows, including developing production decks, schedules, staffing plans, site plans, and run-of-shows
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout production process
- Identify and anticipate potential challenges; proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain schedule and quality standards
- Negotiate with and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and production staff
- Oversee on-site builds, installations, and strike, ensuring all logistics, technical elements, and safety protocols are executed flawlessly
- Ensure accurate documentation of project details and post-event wrap-up, including debriefs and budget reconciliation
- Stay current with trends in experiential design, fabrication, and event technology
- 5+ years of hands-on event production experience, ideally in brand activations, experiential, fabrication-based, or tech-driven events
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from ideation through execution
- Deep understanding of AV, lighting, staging, fabrication, and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; confident interfacing with clients and managing teams
- Proficient in production tools and project management platforms
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working irregular hours and traveling as needed for events
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for delivering immersive experiences
- Experience working with creative agencies and high-profile brand clients is a plus
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Vectorworks, or Sketch Up is a plus
