We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to support a one-day Graduate Fair event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. This role involves assisting with event setup, engaging with attendees and exhibitors, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. It's a great opportunity for energized individuals who enjoy dynamic, customer-focused environments.

• Assist with event setup and transport boxes to exhibit booths
• Welcome and escort exhibitors to their designated areas
• Check in and assist event attendees upon arrival
• Be present on the event floor to actively engage with participants
• Answer questions, provide directions, and facilitate a positive attendee experience
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout the event

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Friendly, warm, and approachable personality
• Comfortable using an iPad or similar device
• Confident in interacting and engaging with event attendees
• Reliable, professional, and punctual

• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle dynamic environments with flexibility and poise
