The Production Associate owns day-to-day production planning and execution across live streams, branded content, events, and social-commerce productions.
Unlike the Production Intern role, this position requires independent project ownership and decision-making.
Responsibilities- Own production schedules, resources, budgets, and project timelines
- Coordinate internal production teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners
- Lead shoots, live streams, and onsite production execution
- Identify and solve production issues in real time
- Manage review workflows, client feedback, quality control, and final delivery
- Track project risks, budgets, and production requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and at the expected quality standard
- Coordinate across creative, social commerce, creator, and client teams
- Background in production, media, communications, events, or related field
- Experience managing photo, video, livestream, or social-content productions
- Strong organization and independent decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and multiple projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Flexible availability around production schedules
$66,300–$78,000/year
, based on experience and performance
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required depending on production schedules.
