Manage all model bookings and schedules; maintain calendar.

Approach and handle all castings with a high level of urgency; draft casting packages.

Actively search for modeling opportunities and consistently send out casting packages and/or market models to brands.

Act as a liaison between client and model.

Build a trustworthy relationship with both models and clients.

Negotiate contract terms and rates (when needed) and ensure that all agreements/contracts are signed and returned promptly.

Schedule meetings with models when needed; on-board new faces.

• Ideal candidates should possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must possess ample knowledge about the modeling industry.
• Must be self-confident, reliable and organized.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• 2+ years in casting, production, fashion, entertainment or any related field.
• Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the modeling industry.
• Should have a good sense of humor (you know what all work and no play does to Jack).
• Must be able to handle negotiations, bookings and meetings confidently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize workload.
• Must be detail-oriented, following through and following up with every booking.
• Ideal candidate is friendly, confident and thorough in their interactions.
• Proactive, reliable and trustworthy.
