We’re looking for an experienced Event Planner / Events Management Manager with 6+ years of professional meeting & event management experience to join a high-profile team in New York City
.

Possibility of conversion to FTE

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual/hybrid events
• Manage events ranging from 10 to 2,000 attendees
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, budgets, invoices, and risk management
• Build strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and event partners
• Support RFPs, contract negotiations, and site inspections
• Develop timelines and workflows to ensure seamless event execution

• 6+ years of meeting/event planning experience
• Experience managing complex, high-volume events
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable supporting events that may require evening/weekend coverage and travel

Hospitality, corporate events, conference management, or high-touch client event experience is highly valued.
