Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Investor Relations will play a critical role in shaping how Nscale communicates its strategy, performance, and long‑term vision to the investment community. This role blends financial acumen, strategic communication, and relationship building, supporting our growing presence in the capital markets. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail‑oriented finance professional with exceptional communication skills. They will support the development of the company’s equity story, prepare key investor materials, and engage with both internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, compelling, and compliant messaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Communications & Materials
- Support the development and refinement of investor‑facing materials including presentations, earnings scripts, fact sheets, and Q&A documents.
- Translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling narratives tailored for investors and analysts.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all external communication touchpoints.
Equity Story Development
- Partner with senior leadership to maintain and evolve the company’s equity narrative as business performance, markets, and strategy shift over time.
- Conduct research and analysis to support updates to messaging, positioning, and long‑term themes.
Investor & Analyst Engagement
- Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, sell‑side analysts, and rating agencies.
- Coordinate logistics and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and roadshows; prepare leadership for external engagements.
- Support proactive targeting efforts to expand and diversify the shareholder base.
Financial Disclosure & Reporting
- Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, financial updates, and disclosures.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant reporting.
Market, Peer & Sentiment Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, investor sentiment, and key drivers within the capital markets.
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and benchmarking materials.
Public‑Company Readiness & IR Operations
- Contribute to the build‑out of IR processes, tools, and best practices aligned with public‑company standards.
- Support the development of governance and compliance frameworks for external communications.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and Communications to ensure alignment across all investor‑facing outputs.
- Drive operational excellence and contribute to cross‑functional workflows involving financial and strategic messaging.
- 5–7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and corporate valuation.
- Experience supporting investor or client‑facing communication in high‑growth or technology‑driven environments preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Highly analytical with strong modeling, problem‑solving, and presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credential is a plus.
