Job Overview – CLO Operations Associate (Hybrid):

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000/year + bonus

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Join our client’s structured credit team in New York, NY (Hybrid) as a CLO Operations Associate, supporting trade settlements, reconciliations, and cash flow projections across CLO transactions. In this role, you’ll work closely with fund accounting and capital markets teams while leveraging systems like Clear Par, Sentry, and WSOffice to ensure smooth execution of new issues, resets, and refinancing processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of operations experience within banking, audit, or a fixed income/CLO asset manager.

  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with loan and portfolio management systems such as Clear Par, WSOffice, Sentry, or Lev Pro.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of CLO structures, cash reconciliations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills with sharp attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach to operational workflows.
