Senior Tax Associate

Location: New York City (Hybrid with significant remote flexibility)

A well-established and growing multi-family office is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join its tax team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive tax support to high net worth individuals, families, and related entities, including trusts and estates. • Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for high net worth individuals
• Prepare and review fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates
• Assist with tax planning for individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held entities
• Support gift and estate tax filings, including Forms 706 and 709

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or EA strongly preferred (or in progress)
• 3–5 years of experience focused on high net worth individual taxation
• Hands-on experience with trusts and estates required
• Public accounting or family office background preferred
• Strong understanding of individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
