We are seeking a Sales & Trading Analyst for a highly client-facing opportunity to build or accelerate a career on a sales trading desk. We are open to candidates ranging from early-career professionals with entry-level experience to licensed individuals who may already be developing their own client relationships. You’ll work directly with senior Sales Traders and their clients from day one – handling live calls, supporting trade execution, and coordinating client-facing initiatives – while gaining hands-on exposure to the equity markets.

• Phones
  :
  Answer calls enthusiastically and professionally, and relay messages accurately, for all Sales/Traders as needed. Outgoing/proactive calls are also required.
• Compile the AM Note Recap
  :
  Working with the other juniors in the morning, and eventually solo, to recap the overnight research into an email along with trading flows.
• Conference scheduling
  :
  Help market our conferences to clients, and compile/update conference information (participating companies, events, etc., that change frequently), as well as helping the senior sales/trading person keep track of client one on one requests and schedules. Also involves being able to help our marketing team during conferences and interacting with our clients at the events during registration.
• Trade Orders
  :
  Assists traders with orders and executes transactions as needed. Advise traders, trade analysis staff and operations staff of any position adjustments and/or discrepancies. Reviews trade sheets and tickets. Maintains position records and compiles analysis/reports, as requested. Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with firm and regulatory standards, policies and practices, reports control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.

• 1-3 years experience
• Ability to become Series 7 and 63 licensed within 6 months of hire
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong interest and passion for the Equity Markets

• Basic knowledge about cash equity
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to multitask
• Ability to communicate and maintain composure when under pressure
• Possess the skills needed to succeed in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Attention to detail and capacity to remain focused on client needs

$75,000 – 95,000

This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a generous benefits package in addition to the base salary. The success of the firm, your team, and your individual performance will determine the trajectory of your career and total compensation.
