Investor Relations Lead (Crypto + Web3 Global Brand)

This executive role leads the comprehensive development and deployment of the capital market engagement strategy for a prominent digital asset and blockchain technology firm, specifically targeting the North American financial community.

This role will serve as the chief ambassador to US investors, leveraging deep expertise in both traditional finance and decentralized technologies to drive valuation, ensure governance integrity, and strategically align external communications with the firm's overarching business objectives.

• IR Strategy Leadership:
  Develop and champion the US-focused IR strategy, building strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts to drive valuation.
• Executive Communications:
  Craft and deliver compelling investor materials (e.g., earnings reports, presentations), using equity research to articulate financial and market strengths.
• Market Insight:
  Analyze US market trends, competitors, and blockchain/crypto developments to provide strategic advisement to the C-suite.
• Investor Engagement:
  Serve as the main contact for US investors, fostering trust and ensuring communications align with company objectives.
• Compliance &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Ensure strict compliance with US regulations, including SEC filings for digital assets, and partner closely with Finance, Legal, and executive teams.
• External Representation:
  Represent the firm at key US investor conferences and roadshows, promoting its vision in both traditional and crypto markets.
• Blockchain Fluency:
  Clearly articulate the company’s blockchain/crypto strategies to US investors, emphasizing technological value and innovation.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in IR, equity research, or capital markets, with experience in senior leadership. Mandatory experience in both the US capital market and blockchain/crypto.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. MBA, CFA, CPA, or blockchain certifications are strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Deep knowledge of US financial markets and digital assets. Exceptional financial analysis, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Mindset:
