Senior Process Engineer – Vice President
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the FP&A Process and System Improvement team role reports directly to the FP&A Process and System Improvement Lead and focuses on improving decision effectiveness, process efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
Full time position located in New York, NY. Salary range: $129,840 – $194,760.
Responsibilities- Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement areas.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operating models and organizational structures.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support initiatives and generate strategic insights.
- Develop clear, concise, and impactful presentations and executive-level documents.
- Project Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Structure and execute own work streams.
- Anticipate issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage dependencies and connectivity across work streams.
- Develop and maintain rigorous project plans, managing resources, timelines, and relationships.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather information, validate findings, and support implementation.
- Risk & Control Stewardship
- Assess risks when making business decisions.
- Safeguard Firm reputation and assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to Policy, apply ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently.
- Experience
- 3–6 years in financial institutions or consulting within the financial services industry;
Financial Planning & Analysis experience is a plus.

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related analytical discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills
- Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis and develop practical solutions.
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Proficient in MS Excel for complex data manipulation and basic financial modeling.
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders.
- Project Support & Collaboration
- Experience on transformative initiatives; strong organizational skills and multitasking capability.

- Risk & Control Orientation: solid understanding of financial controls, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
