Our ideal candidate will take direction from the Executive Management team well, offer creative and prompt solutions to issues, and provide meticulous attention to detail.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate investors, owners, and brokers
• Correspond with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings
• Review property-level financial information to determine potential loan options and feasibility
• Stay informed and up to date with evolving commercial real estate finance guidelines
• Oversee the loan process from engagement to closing

• Must be a go-getter and take initiative to solve problems
• Outgoing personality with a knowledge and passion for real estate
• Experience with reaching out to potential clients in a business-sourcing role
• Comfortable working within a team
• Strong communication skills with banking institutions, vendors, and internal staff
