OverviewA leading advisory firm is seeking talented Analysts and Associates with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, private credit, or related fields. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects involving complex capital structures and distressed situations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate liquidity, debt capacity, and restructuring scenarios.
- Analyze business plans, capital structures, and debt instruments across multiple industries.
- Design and assess restructuring strategies, including distressed M&A opportunities.
- Conduct valuation and scenario analyses for companies with stressed or distressed credit profiles.
- Prepare client‑ready presentations and investment memos with clear, data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including boards, creditors, and management teams.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and industry experts.
- Lead or support teams in executing complex engagements under tight deadlines.
- 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, corporate finance, or similar disciplines.
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to work with intricate capital structures and debt instruments.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
