• Lead and develop the Long Island & CT territory by building relationships with financial advisors to promote investment products
• Create and implement a business plan to guide daily priorities and track progress against goals
• Maintain expertise in capital markets and the investment management industry
• Coordinate prospect meetings, final presentations, and sales support activities in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain activity information within the employer s CRM database

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the investment management industry; 5+ years of intermediary distribution experience preferred
• Experience working with wirehouse, regional, and independent financial advisors
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance objectives
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree and professional designations (CIMA, CAIA, CFA) are a plus

• Experience in developing and managing a territory effectively
• Active listening skills and a strong executive presence
• Professional characteristics reflecting curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm
• Licenses such as SIE, Series 7, 66 or SIE, 7, 63, 65
