Compensation:$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through live deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships
.

Investment Strategy Advisors are a key tier of our ecosystem, providing portfolio and investment strategy guidance to GPs, sponsors, and investors while benefiting from earning opportunities and platform credibility
.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Strategy Advisors to provide high-level investment strategy, fund structuring, and portfolio optimization guidance
.

This is not a traditional employment role
. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process
.

Approved Investment Strategy Advisors may:

• Advise fund managers on portfolio construction, investment pacing, sector allocation, and risk-adjusted return strategies
• Support deal sponsors with capital deployment strategy, diligence oversight, and investment prioritization
• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, portfolio evaluation, and strategic transaction execution
• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation recommendations
• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, or strategic partners

Note: Advisors focus on strategic investment guidance and portfolio optimization
. They do not perform day-to-day deal underwriting unless separately approved.

• Investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital allocation
• Fund formation, LP communication, and fundraising positioning
• Transaction strategy, investment committee support, and deal prioritization
• Operational and portfolio company advisory
• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts
• Investor relations, co-investor alignment, and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real investment strategies and portfolio decisions

Advisors are independent contractors

Hourly rates:$200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals or fund milestones

Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

Submit an Investment Strategy Advisor application detailing background, track record, and portfolio experience

Complete verification and category approval

Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin advising funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to high-impact strategic opportunities

• Solicit securities
• Market investments outside approved channels
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentoring, and portfolio-level investment support
.

• Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund executives with portfolio strategy experience
• Experienced operators or founders with strong investment networks
• Senior advisors who can mentor analysts, scouts, and junior advisors
• Professionals seeking high-touch advisory roles with strategic portfolio exposure
