We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven analyst to lead the development of pricing solutions that align with client needs while supporting firm profitability. This role partners with attorneys and business teams to create competitive fee proposals and improve financial performance across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute pricing strategies, including AFAs, budgets, and client fee proposals.
• Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis for matters and client portfolios.
• Collaborate with partners, legal teams, and business development on RFP responses.
• Use tools like Clocktimizer, Harvey AI, and Power BI for pricing analytics and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, templates, and models to support pricing and budgeting.
• Leverage AI and historical data to enhance pricing decisions and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or professional services; law firm experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and SQL strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
