Primary Responsibilities- Work closely with and provide direct support to the Director of Finance.
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing and tracking bills and invoices, contacting merchants about charges, submitting payments, and ensuring all items are recorded and properly filed.
- Enter and maintain all financial records in the bookkeeping software; create and update supporting spreadsheets and databases as needed.
- Prepare routine financial reports and statements and generate additional reports or analyses upon request.
- Maintain organized systems for filing, scanning, and archiving financial and administrative documents (both digital and physical).
- Minimum 4+ years of high-level accounting or finance administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level or other senior executives.
- At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Consistent track record of accurate and timely task completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues and address them before they evolve.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership over responsibilities.
- Salary range: $55,000-$65,000.

- 8-hour shift.
- Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
