Overview GTS is seeking a seasoned Senior Options Sales Trader with deep expertise in regulated option marketplaces and FLEX options structures. This role will drive institutional client growth while executing complex, high-touch, multi-leg FLEX and listed option strategies. The ideal candidate pairs a strong track record of client development with a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics, regulatory requirements, and flexible option solutions tailored to client needs.

- Lead business development efforts targeting institutional clients seeking regulated marketplace and FLEX options strategies, driving revenue growth.
- Serve as Head Executing Broker for complex, multi-leg, and high-volume orders across FLEX options, custom expiries, and standard listed equity/index options, ensuring optimal execution.
- Advise clients on bespoke FLEX option strategies, market conditions, and execution approaches, leveraging expertise in both standard and flexible structures to maximize client outcomes.
- Manage the agency options desk, fostering a team that excels in regulatory diligence, client service, and technical execution.
- Oversee trade operations with a focus on custom FLEX contracts and marketplace reporting, coordinating closely with clearing, middle office, and compliance teams.
- Partner with Compliance to ensure strict adherence to FINRA, SEC, and exchange-specific rules governing both standard and FLEX options.
- Lead client onboarding, specialized trade reporting, and periodic business reviews, ensuring clients fully leverage the flexibility of customized option solutions.
- Stay ahead of evolving FLEX option capabilities, marketplace developments, and bespoke hedging trends, driving innovation and client education.
- 8+ years of experience in institutional options sales trading, with direct experience in FLEX options or customized derivatives.
- Strong familiarity with regulated option marketplaces, exchange rules, and bespoke execution protocols.
- Proven track record of institutional client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Deep understanding of multi-leg and custom option strategies.
- Leadership experience managing teams within a trading or brokerage environment.
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 4 required.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
