Position OverviewThe US & Global Revenue Finance team provides comprehensive global revenue reporting to senior business leaders and executives. The team delivers macro-level business analysis, budgets, forecasts, and key financial insights that support strategic decision-making across Condé Nast. Working collaboratively with global counterparts, sales divisions, FP&A, and digital operations teams, the department oversees advertising, commerce and subscription revenue, business operations, and pricing strategies across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct analytical support to the SVP of Finance, managing ad hoc reporting, special projects, and executive presentations.
Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for US Advertising forecasting.
Ad Revenue reporting: update and maintain standardized reporting, including but not limited to daily sales pipeline reporting, revenue dashboards, KPI reporting, CPM trackers and forecasting models.
Assist with the monthly advertising revenue close process, including pre-close preparation, calculating and submitting of reclass/accrual journal entries, summary analysis, and preparing variance explanations.
Reconcile financial close results against forecasts, investigating discrepancies, and developing detailed variance explanations.
Monitor Gross Profit performance following each financial close, generating variance analysis and partnering with relevant teams to address outstanding queries.
Support US Agency Sales leads with timely reporting, client list audits, business consultation, and target creation/monitoring.
Meeting, presenting, and collaborating with Senior Management.
Minimum of 3 years of finance and/or business operations experience, preferably in media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing and able to challenge key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable with handling a lot of complex data sets and delivering quality outputs with minimal review required.
Commercial mindset, goes deeper to understand the numbers and can ‘tell the story’ about business performance effectively.
Great team player, able to pitch in where required, flexible and adaptable.
Works well under pressure, prioritises effectively and takes ownership of deliverables.
Proficient user of G-suite, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Google Apps Scripts.
Comfortable with change, can use judgement and a problem solver.
Pay Range: $85,
