The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing Board and senior leadership communications, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. Expertise in cost center reporting, ad-hoc projects, and financial modeling is essential.

- Conduct financial and operational analysis to evaluate performance, identify key drivers, and support decision-making.
- Own core FP&A activities
, including:- Strategic planning support, forecasting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear variance analysis.
- Oversee cost center reporting and expense management to improve visibility and control.
- Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare executive- and Board-level reporting
, delivering concise, decision-focused financial commentary. - Communicate insights to senior leadership
, providing guidance and support across initiatives. - Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Strategic Finance or FP&A role at a high-growth company.
Technical Skills
- Financial Modeling: Advanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models, including 3-statement models and scenario analysis.
- Data & Reporting: Experience working with large datasets; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.
- Systems
Experience:
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, GP) and financial planning tools.

- Operational Insight: Comfortable analyzing financial statements and operating metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Agility & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Hybrid Role, and you will be based On-site 3-4 Days a Week in our NYC Corporate Headquarters.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $95,000 USD
