Our client, a leading hedge fund, is looking to add a Finance Manager to their Strategic Finance/FP&A team. This person will play a critical role in delivering economic insights and decision-making support to the senior leadership of the organization, helping to drive the firm’s financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators
• Lead the firm’s annual budget and forecasting processes by collaborating with the organization’s leadership to incorporate initiatives
• Develop financial analyses that add value to decision-making and assess business performance
• Partner with business units to develop financial models and analyses that support strategic initiatives
• Participate in team-wide projects with the autonomy to innovate and develop new methods for analyzing the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively in written presentations and to small groups
