Redding Ridge Asset Management LLC ("Redding Ridge") was established and seeded by Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, "Apollo") in 2016. Redding Ridge has assets under management of approximately $44.2 billion as of October 31, 2025. Redding Ridge’s primary business consists of acting as collateral manager for CLO transactions and related warehouse facilities in both the U.S. and Europe.

Redding Ridge also provides structuring and ratings advisory services to issuers across various asset classes.

Redding Ridge’s Structuring & Advisory team plays a central role in managing Redding’s ~$44 billion of debt across Broadly Syndicated Loan (BSL) CLOs and Senior Unsecured Bonds, while also supporting Apollo’s Private Rated Credit and Asset-Backed Finance initiatives. Redding Ridge’s efforts span Apollo’s 16 platforms and multiple issuance shelves, and partnerships. Redding does this by leveraging ABS, Corporate, and Fund rating methodologies to deliver the most efficient solutions.

Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CLO Structurer to join our dynamic Structuring & Advisory team, supporting both our market-leading global CLO issuance business and other platforms within the Apollo ecosystem utilizing securitization technology. Supported platforms include:
Mid Cap Financial, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, MFIC BDC, and Diameter Capital Partners.

• Work closely with senior structurers and other stakeholders to assist in all stages of deal structuring and execution
• Investor model development through Intex Dealmaker and Excel, including replicating rating agency stress scenarios
• Formulate and articulate recommendations for issuance and equity deployment
• Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to monitor existing deals, identify and proactively address constraints
• Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely and smooth ratings process
• Maintain a deal pipeline for internal and external communication

• 2+ years of CLO structuring experience
• Proficient in Intex (dealmaker and calc) and Excel, VBA a plus
• Fluency with all “Big 3” CLO rating agency methodologies and models
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly
• Highly organized with strong time management; capable of handling multiple projects in parallel and on tight deadlines
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field with a record of academic achievement

Pay Range for this position is listed above and is dependent on individual candidate experience and skills. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
