Funds Midlevel Associate

New York City (Hybrid)

$300,000 - $390,000

We are partnering with one of the biggest firms in the City and a true market leader in the wider funds space. They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced attorney to work in there rapidly growing Funds group. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience working as an associate in a recognized funds practice of a global law firm.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with open-end funds, or closed-end funds.

The funds practice group is a market leader and they have the most diverse funds practice in the market currently! This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to take the next step in there career and join a true market leading practice!

• 3rd – 6th year associate from a global law firm
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong communication skills (including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court).
• Must be admitted to practice in New York.

Base Compensation $310,000 - $ 390,000 / year

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
