Candidates should have a strong tax background, experience in client communication, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities include preparing complex tax returns, managing engagements, and mentoring staff. A Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Taxation and CPA, JD or EA certification are required.
The expected salary range is $110,000 to $175,000 base salary, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
