We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our Private Equity Value Creation team in our CxO Advisory practice.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a leadership pillar within Cohn Reznick’s Private Equity Value Creation team, responsible for owning client relationships, leading complex engagements, and helping shape the strategic direction of the OCFO offering. You will work closely with PE sponsors and portfolio company executives to deliver high-impact finance transformation, operational improvement, and value creation initiatives.

• Lead and grow the OCFO and Value Creation practice, contributing to go-to-market strategy, offerings, and intellectual capital
• Own design and execution of finance function transformations, operating model design, and post-close stabilization initiatives
• Serve as a senior advisor to PE sponsors and portfolio company CFOs on finance strategy, performance management, and value creation
• Lead end-to-end financial operations due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Oversee development of KPI frameworks, dashboards, and board-level reporting for sponsors and executives
• Lead interim CFO or senior OCFO support engagements, providing hands‑on leadership during periods of transition or rapid growth
• Guide treasury strategy, liquidity management, and working capital optimization initiatives
• Oversee carve‑out financials, separation planning, and complex integration efforts
• Partner with firm leadership, Transaction Advisory, Tax, Technology, and Data teams to deliver integrated solutions
