A leading investment bank, financial institution, or advisory firm may seek a Banking & Markets Analyst to support both corporate banking and capital markets activities

Build and maintain financial and transaction models
, including 3-statement, valuation, and capital structure analyses

Support investment banking and capital markets transactions
, including M&A, equity, and debt offerings

Prepare pitch books, client presentations, market updates, and investment materials

Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and coordination with internal teams

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation

Understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and financial instruments

Excellent quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate banking, sales & trading, consulting, or FP&A is a plus
