A leading investment bank, middle-market advisory firm, or financial institution may seek a Capital Markets Analyst to support equity and debt issuance, market analysis, and transaction execution. These roles are ideal for candidates interested in public and private capital raising, market dynamics, and transaction structuring

Support equity and debt capital markets transactions
, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and debt issuances

Build and maintain financial and transaction models
, including capital structure, pro forma, and scenario analyses

Analyze market conditions, investor sentiment, and comparable issuance activity

Assist in preparing offering memoranda, prospectuses, pitch books, and investor presentations

Support deal execution, including coordination with sales & trading, legal counsel, and external advisors

Conduct company, industry, and market research to support capital raising strategies

Collaborate with senior bankers on capital structure optimization and financing recommendations

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and valuation

Solid understanding of equity and debt markets

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, capital markets, sales & trading, leveraged finance, or corporate finance is a plus
