A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Deal Execution Analyst to support clients in M&A transactions, capital raises, restructuring, and other strategic corporate deals
. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience with transaction execution

• Support deal execution activities across M&A, divestitures, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
• Build and maintain financial models
  , including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
• Conduct industry research, company benchmarking, and valuation analyses to guide client decision-making
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction coordination
• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics
  , or related discipline
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is beneficial
