A leading investment firm, asset manager, or financial institution may seek an Alternative Investment Officer to support the evaluation, monitoring, and strategic allocation of alternative investments. This role is well-suited for candidates seeking exposure to non-traditional asset classes

• Support analysis and evaluation of alternative investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, and hedge funds
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to assess investment risk and return profiles
• Conduct market, sector, and manager research to support portfolio strategy and allocation decisions
• Assist with investment memoranda, portfolio reviews, and internal presentations
• Monitor performance of existing alternative investments and support ongoing portfolio reporting
• Coordinate due diligence materials, data rooms, and external manager communications
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals on asset allocation, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with interest in alternative asset classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or consulting is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms; exposure to portfolio analytics tools is a plus
