The Head of Capital Formation leads the strategy and execution of fundraising and investor engagement activities for the firm. • Develop and execute the firm’s capital formation strategy across funds, co-investments, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
• Lead investor outreach, presentations, and due diligence meetings
• Manage the fundraising process, including investor communications, subscription documentation, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to align capital strategy with deal flow and fund objectives
• Track fundraising progress, investor commitments, and reporting metrics
• Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and thought leadership content for investor engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
