RepresentativeRole Overview
A leading investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate finance advisory may seek a Strategic Deal Lead to manage end-to-end transaction processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic execution of deals
. This role is ideal for candidates interested in deal strategy, client engagement, and transaction leadership

Lead the execution of mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic transactions from inception to closing
Collaborate with senior deal teams to structure and negotiate complex transactions
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning to support deal decisions
Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and client-facing presentations that articulate strategic rationale
Manage due diligence processes, coordinate data rooms, and support transaction documentation
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and counter parties to advance deal objectives
Drive workflow efficiency across deal teams and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions and work streams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common financial research tools
