A leading investment bank may seek a Capital Raising Analyst to support capital raising initiatives, including private placements, public offerings, and structured financing solutions. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to investor engagement, transaction execution, and financial structuring within a high-intensity banking environment.

Support capital raising transactions, including equity, debt, and hybrid financings

Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate financing structures

Conduct market research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses for potential investors and capital markets

Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and investment memoranda

Assist with due diligence, data room management, and deal execution workflows

Collaborate with senior bankers and client teams on capital strategy, investor targeting, and transaction documentation

Monitor investor interest, track deal progress, and support communications with potential and existing investors

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance is advantageous

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common financial research and CRM tools
