A leading middle-market or boutique firm may seek an Analyst – Corporate Finance to support financial planning, corporate transactions, and strategic advisory
. These roles are designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and corporate decision-making

Build and maintain financial models including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and scenario analyses

Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations

Support M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions from analysis through execution

Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations

Assist with due diligence, data room management, and reporting

Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and internal financial projects
