A leading private equity, venture capital, or investment management firm may seek a Fund Strategy Specialist to support fund performance analysis, strategic planning, and investment decision-making. Analyze and report on fund performance metrics, portfolio allocation, and risk/return profiles

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform fund-level strategy

Support senior leadership in fund planning, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization

Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and fund-level forecasting

Prepare internal presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate strategic insights

Collaborate with investment, operations, and finance teams to align strategy with execution

Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced portfolio monitoring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities

Experience with financial modeling, portfolio analysis, or fund evaluation

Prior internship or full-time experience in finance, investment management, or consulting is beneficial
