A leading investment bank may seek an ECM Analyst to support equity capital raising activities, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other equity-linked transactions. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking exposure to public markets, investor engagement, and structured financial analysis, while developing a strong understanding of capital markets mechanics.

• Build and maintain financial models for IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other equity-linked transactions
• Conduct industry research, comparable analysis, and investor benchmarking
• Support live ECM transactions, including pricing analysis, allocation planning, and syndicate coordination
• Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and offering memoranda for public and private equity deals
• Assist with due diligence, regulatory filings (e.g., SEC documents), and roadshow materials
• Collaborate with ECM bankers, syndicate teams, and internal stakeholders on transaction execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and equity analysis
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point , and financial research platforms
• Understanding of equity markets, IPO processes, and investor dynamics is a plus
