Accounting Manager

We are seeking experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic brokerage firm while advancing your career in the U.S. financial markets.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in line with company accounting guidelines, local statutory requirements, and relevant regulations
• Supervise accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. (US GAAP)
• Collaborate closely with Toss Securities’ Seoul-based team to ensure a consistent and efficient closing process
• Manage AR/AP management, including intercompany transactions
• Review payment requests, vendor registrations, and journal entries
• Oversee and reconcile payroll transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger
• Support the firms FINOP with regulatory reporting requirements
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze variances and enhance reporting accuracy and consistency
• Prepare monthly financial results reports (B/S, P/L, Cash Flow)
• Prepare year-end reports, including consolidation packages
• Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted on time(monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial information)
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs (purchase, travel, etc.)
• Coordinate internal and external audits for finance closing, tax, and oversee follow-up actions
• Support the firm’s annual audit process with outside accounting firm
• Manage and maintain financial systems (e.g., period closing, chart of accounts).
• Help establish best practices related to accounting
• Implement continuous improvements for clear financial and controlling processes (purchase order, monthly and annual reporting)

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Leading experience in year-end audit and monthly closing is a must
• CPA designation is a plus
• Experience in Broker-Dealer or Series 27 License from FINRA is a plus
• IFRS and US GAAP dual experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
