Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a trusted financial business partner to leaders across BGB, providing clear financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for P&L reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting, translating financial results into actionable recommendations for the business. As part of the Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with functional and operational leaders to improve financial visibility, accountability, and outcomes.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and has significant exposure to senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Provide business partnering to the Consulting & Commercial group, helping them understand their P&L performance, cost drivers, and financial trade-offs
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial results, including P&L statements, variance analyses, and executive-ready reporting
- Proactively analyze financial and operational trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to business partners
- Lead financial support for the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, working closely with stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives
- Translate complex financial data into simple, decision-oriented insights for non-financial audiences
- Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and resource allocation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, track, and refine KPIs that drive accountability and performance improvement
- Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements that enhance collaboration, accuracy, and speed of insight
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with demonstrated business-partnering responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with planning tools or BI platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly evolving and growing company
- High level of initiative, strong ownership mindset, and attention to detail
Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000 base salary
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role ual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
