Investment Insights Specialists support investment teams by providing data-driven insights, analyzing portfolio and fund performance, and producing reports that guide strategic decision-making. The role combines quantitative analysis, market awareness, and clear communication to deliver actionable recommendations to portfolio managers, executives, and other stakeholders.

This position often involves collaboration with portfolio managers, research analysts, risk teams, and investor relations teams.

• Analyze investment performance across portfolios, asset classes, and strategies, including attribution and risk-adjusted returns
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to communicate insights effectively
• Track portfolio metrics such as exposures, allocations, and performance trends
• Reconcile, validate, and aggregate investment data from internal and external sources
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc investment reports for senior management, investors, and internal teams
• Conduct scenario analysis, forecasting, and performance benchmarking
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities to improve portfolio outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting, enhance insights, and improve data quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of investment performance metrics, portfolio management, and reporting
• Experience or coursework in investment analytics, performance attribution, or financial modeling (preferred but not required)
• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or VBA is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in investment performance, portfolio insights, and strategic decision-making
