• Support deal structuring and execution for M&A, capital raising, or strategic transactions
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to analyze transaction terms, financing structures, and valuation scenarios
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and preliminary due diligence to inform deal decisions
• Prepare client-facing materials including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and term sheets
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction workflows
• Maintain data rooms, track deal milestones, and support closing processes
• Collaborate with senior bankers and deal teams to implement and optimize transaction structures

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction analysis
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deals and work streams in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or related finance functions is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common financial research tools
