A leading private equity firm may seek a Private Equity Fund Coordinator to support fund administration, reporting, and operational workflows
. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining exposure to fund-level operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor communications while working closely with investment and operations teams.
- Support fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and cash management
- Prepare and maintain fund and portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
- Assist in due diligence and onboarding processes for new portfolio companies or investments
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile fund-level accounts and NAV calculations
- Maintain organized data rooms, fund documentation, and investor communications
- Conduct market and industry research to support portfolio strategy and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams on workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple work streams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or full-time experience in finance, private equity, investment management, or fund operations is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and fund reporting tools; familiarity with data rooms and portfolio management platforms is a plus
