A leading private equity firm may seek a Private Equity Fund Coordinator to support fund administration, reporting, and operational workflows

• Support fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and cash management
• Prepare and maintain fund and portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders and investors

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile fund-level accounts and NAV calculations
• Maintain organized data rooms, fund documentation, and investor communications
• Conduct market and industry research to support portfolio strategy and performance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Prior internship or full-time experience in finance, private equity, investment management, or fund operations is beneficial
