Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets. Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Process Analysts to manage and optimize the flow of private market transactions. Analysts focus on deal evaluation, process management, and supporting execution from initial sourcing to handoff to capital partners.

This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Analysts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Process Analysts will:

• Oversee transaction workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deal execution
• Support Deal Scouts and capital partners in managing deal information, documentation, and processes
• Provide process feedback and improve the efficiency and quality of deal evaluation
• Collaborate with analysts and advisors to ensure deals meet platform standards
• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
• Build a verified track record of process management and deal oversight within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in investment operations, deal structuring, or private market transaction management.

Approved Investment Process Analysts may:

• Coordinate and monitor deal flow from sourcing through execution
• Review transaction materials for completeness, accuracy, and readiness
• Support platform-wide quality standards in deal submission and evaluation
• Highlight risks, missing information, or process inefficiencies
• Facilitate seamless handoff between Deal Scouts, analysts, and capital partners
• Note: Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals, underwriting returns, or raising capital.
• Based on approval, Analysts may support opportunities across:
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured or opportunistic investments
• Deal categories are approved based on process management experience and credibility.

Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection
• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role
• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality process oversight
