I’m partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Investment Banking Vice President for their high-growth Fin Tech team in New York City.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly active platform working on complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the fintech ecosystem (payments, embedded finance, SaaS, digital infrastructure, and more).
The Role- As VP, you’ll play a key leadership role across live deals and origination, including:
- Driving execution on M&A and financing transactions
- Managing analysts and associates while partnering closely with senior bankers
- Leading financial modeling, valuation, and client materials
- Supporting business development and client relationship efforts
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- 5–8+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong transaction experience (Fin Tech or broader tech coverage preferred)
- Proven ability to lead deal processes and junior teams
- Excellent financial modeling and communication skills
