Vice President​/Principal

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the deal captain on platform and add‑on acquisitions, running all work streams from initial diligence through closing.
• Lead financial modeling
  , returns analysis, scenario evaluation, and investment thesis refinement.
• Oversee and coordinate third‑party diligence providers across financial, commercial, legal, and technical tracks.
• Prepare and present detailed IC materials
  , ensuring clear articulation of risks, opportunities, and underwriting rationale.
• Manage communication between management teams, bankers, advisors, lenders, and the internal deal team.
• Drive execution timelines, ensuring all work streams move efficiently and accurately.

• Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates through analytical and diligence work streams.
• Set expectations, review outputs, and elevate the team's technical and execution capabilities.

• Support follow‑on M&A execution and integration work tied to active deals.
• Provide periodic analytical support tied to deal performance, refinancing, or transaction‑adjacent needs.
• (No ongoing operational value‑creation mandate.)

• 6-10+ years of total experience including:
  • Private equity deal execution (preferred), and/or
  • Investment banking (M&A or Sponsor coverage)
  • Focus on majority buyout and tech‑enabled businesses
• Demonstrated ability to run full deals independently
  , including owning diligence, modeling, IC prep, and closing processes.
• Strong technical and analytical toolkit with exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with the ability to interact directly with senior stakeholders and management teams.
• Ability to lead junior team members and manage multiple, concurrent work streams in a fast‑paced environment.

• 6-10+ years of total experience including:
