The Private Capital Strategist supports private capital teams by developing and executing strategies to optimize investment programs, attract and manage investor commitments, and enhance portfolio outcomes.

Develop and implement private capital strategies to support investment programs and fund initiatives

Conduct market, sector, and investor research to identify opportunities and trends in private capital markets

Support capital raising efforts by preparing presentations, investment summaries, and investor materials

Collaborate with portfolio and investment teams to optimize capital deployment, allocation, and risk-return profiles

Analyze portfolio performance, asset allocation, and capital utilization to inform strategic decisions

Maintain and track investor engagement, pipeline activity, and reporting for senior management

Identify opportunities to expand the investor base, enhance relationships, and optimize capital strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
