A real estate investment and lending firm is seeking an Origination & Acquisitions Analyst to support underwriting, due diligence, and investment analysis across new transactions. This role works closely with senior team members and provides exposure to the full investment process, including financial modeling, investment memos, and participation in deal discussions.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in real estate finance or credit, strong Excel and cash flow modeling skills, and an interest in growing into a more investment-facing role over time. Responsibilities include building and refining models, supporting diligence efforts, assisting with portfolio monitoring, and contributing to investment committee materials. As the role develops, there is opportunity to support origination and sourcing initiatives.
