Institutional Investor Analysts support investment, fundraising, and client relationship teams by analyzing institutional investor behavior, preparing research on capital allocation trends, and assisting with engagement and reporting activities. The role combines financial analysis, strategic insight, and relationship management to support institutional fundraising and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on institutional investor trends, capital allocation, and market activity
- Assist in maintaining and updating investor databases, CRM systems, and relationship tracking tools
- Support outreach to institutional investors, including preparing presentations, pitch materials, and performance reports
- Monitor fund performance, investment pipelines, and market developments relevant to institutional clients
- Analyze investor engagement metrics and identify potential fundraising or growth opportunities
- Coordinate due diligence requests and support institutional investor reporting requirements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and investor teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline investor engagement and reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Understanding of institutional investor types, capital markets, and investment strategies
- Experience or coursework in investor relations, capital raising, or financial analysis (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or investor tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing materials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Interest in capital markets, institutional investing, and client relationship management
