Capital Markets & Fund Advisory Analysts support investment teams and fund clients by providing analytical, research, and advisory support related to fund structuring, capital raising, and market positioning.
The role blends quantitative analysis, market research, and investor reporting to help optimize fund strategies and support capital market transactions. Analysts collaborate closely with portfolio managers, fund operations teams, and senior advisory staff to produce actionable insights and recommendations for clients and investors.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis on capital markets trends, fundraising activity, and fund performance
Support fund advisory initiatives, including fund structuring, capital raising, and investor relations
Build financial models and dashboards to evaluate fund performance and investment strategies
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients, fund managers, and senior leadership
Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting private funds and alternative investments
Assist with due diligence, investor reporting, and portfolio performance analysis
Identify opportunities to enhance fund positioning, efficiency, and investor engagement
Collaborate across investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or advanced degree is a plus
Understanding of capital markets, fund structures, and private investment vehicles
Experience or coursework in fund advisory, private equity, venture capital, real estate, or private credit
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Interest in capital markets, fund advisory, and alternative investment strategies
